Albanien hat offiziell seine Aufnahme in die EU beantragt. Der albanische Präsident Sali Berisha überreichte den Antrag dem tschechischen Ministerpräsidenten Mirek Topolanek, dessen Land gegenwärtig die rotierende EU-Ratspräsidentschaft innehat. “Ein Traum wird wahr”, sagte Berisha.
