Albania rising as a realty haven for foreigners

The realty sector of Albania is experiencing phenomenal progress with various foreign investors willing to inject massive capital in the embryonic property sector of the country. Southeast European Times has recently revealed that the Eastern part of the European continent is relatively unexplored in such times of increasing globalization.
The region has transformed as the hub of foreign investor and investment once the countries encircled by the Mediterranean down beaten. The country is planning to acquire the membership of NATO and the EU which can play an instrumental role in amplifying the progress rate of the property segment in the country.
The Southeast European Times commented: “Experts confirm that EU and Nato integration processes will ensure considerable appreciation in real estate over the next 5 to 10 years.”
Nevertheless it has been forecasted that this rampant development will allow property prices to mount by 30% minimum.
